Guests can choose between three levels of lift passes depending on their level of capability
Beginners will usually buy the beginners area pass on a daily basis until they are able to progress to the higher slopes when they will move onto the Massif pass.
The local Samoens area pass then covers all the slopes of Samoens, Morrillon and Les Carroz and even the long blue across to Flaine, in total it encompasses 145km of pistes
The Grand Massif lift pass means you can ski every single bit of the 265km pistes available in the area (and all the off-piste too!)

Guests have the option of using our free ‘buy your lift pass’ service. Providing we receive payment for your lift passes in advance of your holiday we will buy your lift-passes for you so you do not have to queue for them whilst here. Instead they’ll be sitting on your bed all ready to go!
We have made arrangements for all our guests to be able to use the ski hire shop that we consider to be the best in Samoens, Roland Gay, which sits right in the centre of Samoens. As well as offering a wide variety of children’s & adult’s ski and snowboarding equipment you will receive other major benefits including:

We always pre-book the equipment that our guests require for their holidays, this is important to ensure that you get exactly what you want especially at peak times. As part of your holiday with Chalet365 we offer this service free of charge and will ask you to provide certain information (height, shoe sizes, ski level etc) for all guests wanting to hire equipment around 2-weeks before your stay with us. Please note that we cannot guarantee availability of hire equipment if we do not receive this information.
All money will be paid direct to Roland Gay Ski shop at the end of your rental period and the shop will require a credit card deposit. Ski locker storage at Samoens 1600m costs €30 for 5 sets of skis / boots (works out at €1 / person / day). Alternatively we bring your equipment back to the chalet where your boots sit overnight in our heated ski-room and your ski’s in our locked internal garage.
