Welcome to Chalet365

Originally from Yorkshire we moved over to the French Alps in 2004 to change our hectic corporate lives and we set-up our first chalet business called Morzine365 in the summer of that year. Our chalet Lou Bochons was our home as well as our business and we gained a huge amount of experience as well as having a great deal of fun with our guests during those first 5 years.

With demand for rooms out-growing our chalet we decided to move to our present chalet in Samoens, under our new name Chalet365, where we have the space to accommodate more guests in more en-suite bedrooms. We own Chalet Falcon and run it ourselves (with some assistance!), as we believe this is the best way to give customers the service they deserve on their holidays…. it’s never quite the same when you rely solely on employed seasonal staff however good they might be. It’s also the only chalet that we run, so you have our undivided attention and won’t find your service compromised by the demands of other guests from other chalets.

Our ethos is to be there when we are needed and in the background when not. We have a passion for our chalet and for guests to enjoy their holidays to the maximum, for many people it is the only foreign holiday they will have that year so we strive to make it as enjoyable as possible.

Because we live in the area we have accumulated huge amounts of local knowledge, whether it’s on where to ski, where to eat or where to relax. We are both outdoor enthusiasts and love to walk and ski (Chris in particular is a keen cyclist, runner and a novice Triathlete) and we are both food & wine lovers. Each week we will also endeavour to ski with you to help you make the most of the ski area around the Grand Massif.

We’re looking forward to the season ahead, and we hope to see you soon to share the delights of Chalet Falcon and Samoens with you.
